Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most straightforward plans are delivered within 1–2 weeks. I also offer priority scheduling for builder partners and repeat clients.

All projects are completed in Revit, which ensures accurate, scalable, and code-compliant drawings that are easy to update and coordinate with engineers or contractors.

Yes. My plans are drawn with local permitting requirements in mind, and I’m familiar with what most jurisdictions in Georgia expect. I can also work directly with your engineer or permitting office if needed.

Absolutely. Every project includes a set number of revisions (2-6 depending on plan selection) to make sure the final plan matches your vision and build needs. Additional changes can be made as needed at an hourly rate.

Pricing varies by plan selection (Basic, Standard, and Premium) for custom home design. I offer an hourly rate for remodels and additions.

For homeowners: a rough idea of what you want—sketches, inspiration photos, or a wishlist is a great start.
